Q. When do I receive my Liberty card?
A. Your membership card will be available for pickup at the front desk a few days after you join. For security purposes, your picture will be taken at that time.

Q. What is the guest policy?
A. You are more then welcome to bring a guest to Liberty. Just register them at the front desk and pay a guest fee. There is a five guest per member limit at Liberty. Your guests have a maximum of six visits per year and must always be accompanied by a Liberty Member.

Q. Is LAC closed on the holidays?
A. We are closed on New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We have abbreviated hours on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.

Q. Do you have a lost and found?
Yes we do. It is located just off of our track down by the fitness gazebo. We keep smaller items, like watches, jewelry, and keys up at our front desk.

Q. How do I reserve a tennis court?
A. Just stop by or call the front desk to reserve a court. Did you know that you can reserve court time up to six days in advance? Outdoor courts can be reserved up to 24 hours in advance.

Q. What age do you have to be to use the fitness and weight training floor?
A. 12 years or older to use the cardiovascular equipment and Nautilus® and FreeMotion®. You have to be 15 years or older to use the free weight area.

Q. What should I bring to the Tree House Activity Center?
A. Please bring a diaper change, a pacifier, and a bottle if needed. If your child is potty training, a change of clothes would be great. We have plenty of toys for all to use so there is no need to bring anything from home to play with.

Q. Are there any restrictions to using the water slides?
A. Children must be able to swim. Riders must be at least 42 inches tall for the outdoor slides and 48 inches tall for the Liberty Lagoon slide. Only one rider at a time is permitted.

Q. How do I pay my membership bill?
A. You may pay your bill by cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). You may mail in your payment or pay at the front desk if you would like.

Q. Help! I have children who are too young to be in the locker room unattended, now what?
A. Boys may use the women's locker room until their fourth birthday and girls may use the men's locker room until their fourth birthday. After that, our new family style locker rooms are available for use by families with children who require supervision. They are located between to the indoor pool and the Liberty Lagoon. They have all of the same amenities as our Men's and Women's locker rooms.

Q. Do I have to sign up for a Group Fitness class?
A. With 24 bikes available, advanced registration is recommended for cycling classes. Advance registration is not necessary for other classes.
