Abs & Stretch
A half hour of targeted core work and whole body stretch.
Adult Kung Fu
Kung fu is based on five core principles: striking, sticking, moving, throwing, and returning. These concepts are explored through various styles with a focus on the art of Fan zi quan (Tumbling Fists) but training will also include arts such as Baji (Eight Extremes), Pi gua (Chopping and Hanging), and Di tang (Groundwork Fist). The traditional forms as well as modern applications will be explored in detail. All levels welcome!
Barre Blend
Fit Barre is now Barre Blend. Expand the possibilities with a creative blend of basic barre, pilates, yoga and strength training.
Candle Light Yoga
A popular style of yoga in which the breath is synchronized with a flowing sequence of postures. Each instructor brings their own unique variation, including music to enhance the flow and rhythm of class. This is a challenging and empowering practice emphasizing breath connection, core strength, and awareness.
Cardio Pilates
An interval class that combines cardio trampoline with arms, abs, extension and rotation exercises .Prior to participating, you must have one private reformer lesson or equivalent experience. Not for those with serious back or neck issues. Not suggested for those with a knee replacement.
CardioFlex
Mix up your cardio workout! No experience needed, no base knowledge required, just show up and get a great workout with balance and stretch worked right into the mix. Seasoned athletes, long time group fitness fans and first-time exercisers alike will find this ever-changing class a fun challenge.
CFX: Cardio
This structured interval training class is designed to improve conditioning and burn calories. Not only is this class designed to take the boredom out of aerobic exercise; it is completely unique to each individual. By using heart rate and perceived exertion, instructors coach participants at an individual level, regardless of fitness. DanceFit is a fun, high energy class that combines the hit music you love with easy to learn dance styles like swing, hip hop, and salsa. Dancefit Blend
All the fun and energy of DanceFit featuring light weights and high repetition arm, abdominal and lower body work done "barre" style. Suitable for all levels of fitness, no experience needed.
Extreme Pump & Jump
The ultimate cross-training challenge! This pulse-pounding workout includes weight training along with athletic drills and calisthenics, for those who want intensity without complexity. Please note that this class includes extreme training elements like sprints and plyometrics, therefore we ask that you speak with the instructor before your first class.
Gentle Fitness
Gentle Fitness is geared toward beginning exercisers and those with neuromuscular tightness, injury or restricted movement. Improve your overall fitness with exercises utilizing your own body weight and various props such as a mat, ball or bands. If you can appreciate a class with slower movement with an emphasis on proper technique and posture, Gentle Fitness is the class for you.
H2O Fitness
H2O Fitness works your body against the three-dimensional resistance of water. No swimming experience is necessary. You’ll expend more energy and gain greater toning in this “kind-to-your-joints” format.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is about creating balance and uniting opposites. Learn to develop strength and flexibility and balance effort with release as you move through each pose.
Hot Yoga
A vinyasa flow style class taught in a heated room. The heat is a dry heat that is kept at approximately 95 degrees. Enjoy extras such as cooling towels and refreshments after class.
Kid Fit
This class introduces conditioning, obstacle play, group games and more to children ages 4-6. With different activities each week, it’s sure to keep them moving.
Kung Fu Kids
Come learn the beautiful art of Chinese Kung fu. Develop lower body strength, coordination, and a strong core with this fun and exciting class! Everything from basic footwork to jumping and spinning kicks will be covered. All levels are welcome and you work at your own pace. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring indoor footwear.

Miles to Go
All the benefits of walking in a group fitness class. Walking is good for everyBODY. It strengthens the heart, improves circulation, and wards off disease. Studies show it also lowers blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke and can even stop the loss of bone mass. Walking doesn’t require any special knowledge or experience and is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. This unique class takes place on the basketball court and includes a warm up and stretch.

No nonsense here, just pure muscle conditioning! Muscle Max uses free weights, resistance bands, body bars, and more to build strength and endurance.

Pilates
Pilates is a no impact, mat-based workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. Build a strong core, increase strength and flexibility, and improve posture, stability and alignment. Runners, golfers, tennis enthusiasts, cyclers, and swimmers will find increased speed and stamina as well as a greater sense of muscular balance. Various props, such as a magic circle, theraband, weighted ball or foam roller may be utilized to bring additional focus to your workout.
Pilates Reformer
Reformer training focuses on improving muscular endurance, flexibility and core strength. Classes are appropriate for those individuals with little or no Pilates experience. Prior to participating, you must have one private reformer lesson or equivalent experience.
Pilates Reformer - Level 2
Take your training to the next level with standing work, box work and deeper exploration of the Stott, Classical and Balanced Body principles. Base knowledge of reformer required.
Pilates Springboard
Using the Great Yoga Wall, Pilates Springboard is a great way to challenge the core, build strength in the hips and shoulder girdle, improve flexibility and posture, and work through imbalances. The variety of exercises is limitless and can be adapted to suit beginner to advanced level students.
Reset & Restore Yoga
The things we do every day, office work, acting as chauffeur for our family, pushing through a tough workout, or all of the above, lead us to create structural imbalances in our bodies and form habits in our minds. Reset & Restore Yoga combines the principles of Hatha and Yin to undo that conditioning, restoring balance to the body and mind.
Saber Academy
Saber Academy is a class like no other! Use the the weapon of the Jedi to battle your way to fitness and fun with this high energy class. Learn the Seven Forms of Saber from top level instructors. Ages 12-adult* are welcome and no experience is necessary. Wear loose comfortable clothing and stay attuned to the Force. Sabers and protective equipment will be provided.

Saber Laboratory lets you put your skills to work! Learn two-person drills, fencing principles, and safety for the exciting game of saber fencing! Ages 12-adult are welcome and no experience is necessary. Wear loose comfortable clothing and stay attuned to the Force. Sabers and protective equipment will be provided.

It is highly recommended that participant take the class "Lightsaber Academy" at least once before joining this class.
Saberfit
Saberfit is a workout like no other! Use the weapon of the Jedi to battle your way to fitness and fun with this noncontact high energy class. Fun for the entire family! Shake-Rattle-Roll
This playtime is designed to include a variety of activities for children ages 2-4. Obstacle courses, ball games, movement and music activities will all help to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Slow Burn Yoga
Slow burn yoga is often thought of as a slower, breath-centered version of a Vinyasa flow. Feel the burn as you hold the poses a bit longer in order to build muscle, inner strength, increase flexibility and stamina. Slow Burn moves at a pace that allows for a deeper understanding and exploration of the poses.
Spinning®
Spinning® simulates a road biking experience through motivational and visualization techniques accompanied by music. Your instructor will guide you through hills, flat terrain, jumps and changes in speed and intensity. This format is suitable for all levels of conditioning with emphasis upon individual goals. Please sign up for a bike at the front desk.
SPINPower®
SPINPower® is a cycling class which will focus on the participants power output (watts). Using the Personal Spinning Threshold Test (PST test*) results, the participant will use their individualized measurements to engage in the 6 SPINPower® Zones.

*Must participate in PST testing prior to taking SPINPower class.
Step Challenge
Non-stop step! Step challenge is a high intensity class that consists of intricate choreography at a fast pace. Step Challenge is for the advanced step participant.
Step Fusion
Step Fusion is a fun, fat-burning workout using an adjustable step platform and challenging weight training intervals.
Sword Lab
This class will teach basic methods and techniques from historical sources about swords and other ancient weapons. Historical fencing class. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and good shoes.
Tai Chi
The slow, graceful movements of Tai Chi (Taijiquan) are well known for their health benefits, but i t is also an effective system of self defense. This class will cover the basics of the art through drills, forms, and two person games called “push hands”. All styles and levels welcome.
TKO Cardio
Knock out calories in this fast and furious cardio class featuring ab blasting intervals.
Total Body Conditioning (TBC)
Total Body Conditioning (TBC) is designed to condition the major muscle groups with the use of hand-held weights, bars, bands, an adjustable platform, and a resist-a-ball. High repetitions, low weight and moderate resistance will aid in sculpting the body. A member favorite!
Tween Fit
This class introduces sports, conditioning, group games and more to tweens ages 7-11. With different activities each week, it’s sure to keep them moving.
Upper/Lower
Whether coupled with another class, your personal training session, or a little time on the fitness floor, this class is a great option for working the upper or lower body. Various tools including weights, bars, and bands will be used to focus on specific muscle groups while paying attention to proper form. Stretches will also be included in this multi-level classes.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a non-flow yoga in which poses are held for long periods. The asanas in Yin target the connective tissue, allowing for an overall increase in joint circulation and improvement in flexibility.
Yoga Latte
Yoga Latte is a combination of Pilates-based movements and Power Yoga to enhance strength, flexibility and core stability.
Younglings Saber Basic Training
This 30 minute class teaches saber basics and the discipline that goes with it. Participants will practice and learn in a safe environment. This is the perfect class for the aspiring young Jedi and Sith to ready them for more advanced classes. Loose comfortable clothing is recommended.
