Join us for the ultimate full-body workout designed to challenge your cardio endurance and strength in one powerful session! Instructors Andrea K. and Lisa will rotate you through 4 high-energy cardio stations—featuring bikes, rowers, and the track—alongside 4 strength stations targeting all major muscle groups. Due to limited equipment, advance sign-up is required—no walk-ins, so be sure to reserve your spot early!
