Program/Class Descriptions
Bootcamp (outdoors)
The ultimate challenge! This pulse-pounding workout includes weight training along with athletic drills and calisthenics, for those who want intensity without complexity. Please note that this class includes extreme training elements like sprints and plyometrics, therefore we ask that you speak with the instructor before your first class.
Family Bootcamp (outdoor)
Run, jump, laugh, and be challenged at any age in this special equipment free Bootcamp for the family.
Children must be accompanied by a parent (for ages 5 and older). Please bring your own water.
Family Yoga (outdoor)
A multilevel flow yoga class for the family.
Children must be accompanied by a parent (for ages 5 and older).

Flow Yoga (outdoor)
Flow Yoga guides participants to move dynamically from pose to pose while connecting breath to movement. Emphasizing a focus on the present and enjoying the sounds of nature. There is no sequence or structure, all levels welcome, no experience required.
Gentle Cardio Plus (VIRTUAL Zoom Class)
This is a virtual class on Zoom.

Virtual Gentle Cardio Plus is geared toward beginning exercisers and those with neuromuscular tightness, injury, or restricted movement. Improve your overall fitness with exercises utilizing your body weight and various props such as a mat, bands, and light dumbbells. If you can appreciate a class with slower movement with an emphasis on proper technique and posture, Gentle Fitness is the class for you.
Hatha Yoga (outdoor)
Hatha Yoga is about creating balance and uniting opposites. Learn to develop strength and flexibility and balance effort with release as you move through each pose.
Meditation (outdoor)
Meditation is time set aside to connect with your inner self. To breathe, to relax and leave behind constant noise, distraction and worry. Join us for this 30-minute class suitable for all levels. Please bring a mat or stool.

This class is for ages 12 and older.
MRT (outdoor)
A slighted scaled version of our popular CFX class, this version combines an extensive range of fitness components: strength, endurance, power, flexibility, agility and balance using minimal equipment. Suited for moderate to high levels of fitness, this class will including running and jumping on hard surfaces.

This class takes place outdoors. Participants need to bring a mat, water, and towel.
Muscle Max & Cardio (outdoor)
No nonsense here, just pure muscle conditioning! Muscle Max uses free weights, resistance bands, body bars, and more to build strength and endurance.
Small Group Strength (outdoor)
This outdoor version of our popular CFX Strength class is focused on one thing, helping participants get stronger. With no running or jumping, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. Small class sizes help to ensure participants receive personalized instruction and appropriate exercise selection, based on needs and abilities. Classes use functional, whole-body exercises to help promote strength and lean muscle.
Please bring a mat, towel and water. This class is for ages 15 years and older.
Spinning® (outdoor)
Outdoor Spinning -- get back in the saddle! We're bringing classes outside.

Please meet at the main entrance to the club and allow ample time to check in with your instructor and set up your bike before class. Spaces are clearly marked for social distancing; hand sanitizer, disinfectant and gym wipes available. We ask that you kindly wipe down each surface of the bike after use and bring your own water and towel. Spinning shoes are recommended but not required. For ages 15 years and older.

Members may sign up 2 days in advance. Employees may sign up 24 hours in advance.
Step (outdoor)
Step is a fun, fat-burning workout using a step platform and upbeat music to boost your heart rate and improve fitness. This class is held outdoors. Bring your own water and towel.
